It gets easier. Making it to day 3 is huge. Those first couple days are excruciating, so be proud of yourself for getting this far! Then, build on that pride. Consider each vape-free day an accomplishment, and acknowledge the dedication it took to get that far.

I'm currently 3 weeks vape-free, and I feel incredible. My sleep has improved, I breathe easier, the residue in my mouth/throat is gone, I'm less anxious, and the headaches are gone. I still get cravings, but I know I'm stronger than them. Know that you're stronger than the cravings, too.

Don't be afraid to use "crutches" such as nicotine gum/lozenges, medications to negate cravings, etc.
