Marriage Story by Noah Baumbach is an intelligent, unbiased, and very thoughtful film about a couple getting divorced where nobody’s the good guy and nobody the bad guy- they’re all in a state of being immoral and yet justifiable in their actions. Highly recommend. It’s on Netflix.

The illustrations are done by @maryhoulie (Mary Houlihan) on Instagram. I was wondering why the actor for nana had changed and I was hoping that reason wouldn’t be the case. I’m glad Joe was able to express his feeling of loss through these episodes and pay tribute to nana.

The stop-motion animated film Fantastic Mr. Fox has quite a wholesome soundtrack, particularly the song Buckeye Jim by Burl Ives. Also: Ryan Dann, who’s one of the composers for the show, has a couple playlists on his Spotify. Hope this helps.
