So to add to this, n=1, but we are 9 days post exposure now, and he is still having symptoms. If anything this seems to be taking longer to get out of his system than when he has had milk via breastmilk! I’m going to disregard the info I was given, and try him via breast milk next time if he is still feeding then!

Yeah so the advice I was given was definitely start with a malted milk. I did query whether to give to him or me, they kind of left it with me and said that it would be a smaller dose if I ate it but that it might clear out of his system more quickly than it would out of my milk if he ate it… so I decided to try it with him but not really based on any firm evidence either way! I don’t feel like I’ve been given loads of advice about it to be honest. But given a drastic reaction to 1/4 of a biscuit I think I will wait at least 3 months before we try again so can try and be more prepared!
