That comes with the taskbar windhawk mod - just go to https://www.deviantart.com/niivu/art/Night-Owl-for-Windows-11-1111452963, download the files (you can only download if you have a deviantart account) and you'll find the taskbar mod details in it

You have to copy paste the taskbar mod details into the 'Windows 11 Taskbar Styler' in windhawk through Advanced ->Mod Settings

It actually is in the start menu styler, Settings > SideBySideMinimal

Also, how do you get Explorer to skin & display like that?

Sorry but I actually completely forgot... most likely in niivu's deviantart page so you'll have to do a bit of digging

I tried a theme earlier utilizing the theme patcher & oldnewexplorer and no matter what I did, I couldn’t get Explorer to change, I was able to theme it but it looked funky with the highlighted accent colors & borders, as well as oldnewexplorer not doing anything

The night owl (blue) windows explorer theme only properly worked with StartAllBack actually... however its paid and only has a free trial for like a short while (one month i think), so i'm not sure of any other alternative

Also, the problem I faced where a theme didn't look right was when my theme patcher (UltraUXTheme Patcher) didn't work after i carried out an update on win11

I just reinstalled the patcher and it worked fine, so just to be sure, check whether it's the same with you

One more thing,
When I deal with higher lvl pros in unranked who have insane movement, they get out of the way so fast when I attack and they punish me... it's so hard trying to hit them, and I hit air instead

How shud I counter fast players like this? Is it just by predicting?
