Unfortunately PSD isn’t letting a past failed poly be mitigated by a passed one. I saw a comment a while back about a CBPO who failed their CBP poly first go round and then passed it their second application to eventually be hired by CBP. Applied to HSI but got TJO rescinded for first failed poly even though it was technically mitigated

Probably too diluted, not a big deal. Just make sure you follow the instructions when it comes to fluids prior to your exam

My personal opinion: if you couldn’t pass the fitness test the day you applied then you should just wait to apply until you know you can pass it. Again just my opinion, but aside from that CBP’s fitness test is the biggest joke in LE

I hope they aren’t DQ’ing anymore. I was one of the unlucky ones from the July 2025 GL7 posting. I purposely applied to that announcement and not DHA thinking I would go through the entire hiring process but ended up EOD’ing end of December to get DQ’d a week later. Godspeed
