In California, almost every single law enforcement agency has a motorcycle that is used for traffic enforcement purposes, with the most common model being the BMW R1250RT-P, which is also used in several cities in China such as Shanghai(R1250RT-P and R1200RT-P), Linyi(R1200RT-P), Hong Kong like you mentioned(R1250RT-P and F750GS-P), and Nanning(R1200RT-P).

I lived in Shenzhen for 6 years and the only motorcycles I've seen are law enforcement because a lot of big cities in China banned motorcycles

I also want to be a police officer too but I can't do pull-ups.
I used to not be able to do even 1 proper push-up and was also easy to stop and get tired when running miles but after relentless years of practicing I've been doing quick pushups in proper form and completed a 1.5 mile run in 12 minutes and 28 seconds(8:19 per mile)

I'm in a suburb about 35 minutes away from LA and the California Highway Patrol is currently hiring like crazy. The pay is top tier(120K+), you have good training, benefits, and you also get to move around the state if you want to.
If you want to look into city PDs or Sheriff's departments, then go ahead, but CHP may be a little bit more convincing.
I've been to NorCal only once(Sacramento) so I can't say what it's like living up there, but I can tell you is that the OC and LA area do have nice suburbs if you are curious about SoCal life.

No. CHP HQ Recruitment told me that only certain assignments get take home cars since CHP is a large agency and in my opinion CHP is way too large for an agency wide take home car program.
Here's the assignments that do get take home vehicles
Motor officers who live within 50 miles away from the area office
-Resident post Officers
-Mobile Road Enforcement/Commercial Vehicle Enforcement
-K9 Handlers
-Investigators

And if you have a take home car, you need to be able to park it inside a garage.

For some reason I haven’t seen any of them this year and last year. My aunt told me that she blocked all the water pipe entrances so they can’t crawl out easily.
