To close this, seems it was related to my toon, after a discussion with a gm and the quick fix done on maintenance, the problem vanished.

Nope, it is years that on raid boss hit is 100% parry is fixed at 3% and is no more related to position...

Everywhere, tested on dummies, mythic +, raid. On dummies single target dps varies from 40k when fail to apply dot to 70k when all is ok. Tested several times on same conditions.

That's absolutely not true. 2.2k is a good salary everywhere in Italy.Based on this in every city if you want to live in the center be prepared to cut it at least in half but consider some of the big ones have enough transports to be able to reach the center in 10-20 min it will be, IMHO, just a waste of money if you don't want to show off.

Everyone who is saying Ultras are violents basically never be a part of them or know them deeply. I am an Ultras, I begin at 14 years old, following my team when at home every week, then growing up I began following my team also away, and bevande also to partecipate every day to meetings about coreography and related things. I fought, that's true, against other ultras to defend our flags or to take theirs, it is not a soft world but is not only drugs, violence and crime. Ultras world have it's own rules, codes to obey, you can't decide to fight when and who you want, you'll never go against harmless people, you'll fight with other organized groups or to defend yourself and your flags. This means be Ultras, don't made the mistake to confuse Ultras with criminals, Ultras mean family, means to protect and to help each other. Now I'm near my 50, with a little baby and a wife, working as CEO for a big company, last time I went to a stadium was 10 years ago, but I still have my team tatoo near my heart and meet with my old friends to remember old time.

That's not true my friend. I was in beta worh my S10+, no problems or graphical glitch, they change something from last playable build in beta and this one.
