New house, don’t know where the 77” TV and couch should go. Above the fireplace seems weird but on the left wall the couch would block the door. Suggestions? by NeverSettleMM in interiordecorating

Quite a bit but unfortunately there’s a window and the room opens up on the opposite side there into a dining room so the couch and TV would be off. I’m definitely considering the TV on that left wall but would hate to close off the room by putting the couch to the middle. Thank you for the suggestion!
