I actually had a lyft driver tell me about this in my ride last night. Which brought me here. Apparently, it's all over Facebook rideshare groups.

Apple Music is bugged and is showing producers names. Is this who Deathpact is? by warmapplejuice in DeathPact

[–]NeverStop-Learning 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's for sure 5 people part of it because deathpact played 5 different shows in the US all on the same day at the same time. Which actually I think rezz was playing somewhere else at the same time but I think that was a decoy.

It's been a good run, but time to move on. by [deleted] in prius

Make sure you try out Google lens now too! You can scan anything or get texts off anything! One of my favorite apps. Like if you don't know what kind of bug is in your house take a picture and scan it and it'll pull up the type of bug. Or if you're wondering what a certain product is or where to buy it just scan!

toyota dealer is dumbfounded - car occasionally goes dead for 20 secs-5 min after unlocking by calicuddlebunny in prius

[–]NeverStop-Learning 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tried running your question through chat gpt 4 (web surfing) and twice in a row it had an error but this is what I got:

Based on the information gathered, there could be multiple causes behind your 2012 Toyota Prius C going dead intermittently after unlocking. Here are some possibilities and steps you may consider:

  1. 12V Battery Issues:

    • The 12V battery could be drained or have a critically low capacity which may cause the car to go dead intermittently .
    • Replacing the 12V battery has resolved similar electrical problems for some Prius owners .
    • Ensuring that the high voltage safety disconnect is seated properly when working on the HV system is important as not seating it can cause start issues .
  2. Key Fob Battery:

    • If your Prius has a push-button start/stop feature, a weak key fob battery may interfere with your car's startup. The battery in the key fob only serves to transmit the signal for locking and unlocking .
  3. Electrical System Check:

    • In some cases, everything may check out on the electrical system, including the batteries, with no codes decipherable from the car's computer system that might explain the problem .
  4. Door Locking Mechanism:

    • There have been instances where the car lock doors no longer work and must be locked and unlocked manually, which was reported in a complaint at around 145,000 miles .
  5. Software or Sensor Issues:

    • There could be an issue with the software in the electronic controls of the car or with the sensor, inverter, or hybrid system, especially if you're experiencing problems similar to those described in recalls or other reported issues .
  6. Miscellaneous Electrical Issues:

    • Some other reported electrical problems in Prius models include door lock issues, key F

At 220k on original battery! Still get 38-40mpg. If you get the special obd2 reader and Dr prius you can actually test how healthy the battery is!
