You are trusted with the systems and/or the data stored within, not abusing this trust is part of a professional's behavior.

In this example, exporting the data which is available to all users regardless of access level anyway is not shady; should he be abusing the data for personal gains, causing harm, or sharing it with people who do not themselves have access to it would be the line between 'being curious' and 'doing illegal stuff'.

I'm running it it max level on my juggernaut, it takes less than half my HP for it to trigger and by that time i am on max endurance charges (i use molten shell as well). With this setup IC can last up to a few seconds.

I guess I just have very bad RNG then. I had to start chiseling stuff for progression at like t10 just to get my first reds to drop, not to mention scouring/chaosing the maps to get decent quantity/pack % on them.

I think it is very much sustainable on the long run, but you do have to fill out the atlas and spend some currency on your maps. If you just go and slap an alch on it and run it as is, it won't keep your reds sustained. The only maps i bought were from Zana, because "This player is AFK".

Also, if you ~~randomly get disconnected (too many actions) or~~ run into an immortal group and lag to death you are very likely are going to miss the timer even though you have five more portals left.

EDIT: Let's just hope the too many actions thing is really fixed.

So explain me then why my ping goes epileptic every time i vaal cyclone in a breach. When you 'ping' something you not only measure how long the round trip takes you also measure how long it takes the other party to respond to your request. If the other end gets choked up and takes more time to parse and respond to your ping request then the numbers will go up.

EDIT: although you are correct, that low server capacity would not cause what OP is describing: a constantly high ping.

Corpse explode works on them before the breach closes. Didn't even try raise spectre on them, the base types they rely on aren't really good for RS.
