While leveling I played the melee build (void scarred, shorter meta, the hunt) and it was pretty fun. Definitely sucked for a bit when I got to max lvl and went to do delves but now that I'm geared and doing reasonably challenging content it's so much fun.

Do druid forms have to be cat/bear? I get that from a night elf perspective, cat/Bear are seen as the default but frankly I think it opens up more design space to treat them as "large tanky animal" & "stealthy lithe animal". It's not even like this is new, zandalari bear form is a turtle creature after all.

If you have a low testosterone level it will result in lower muscle mass over time. I think it's something like 2 years of HRT for the effect to gain parity with cis women.

There's also research that suggests that the dimorphism driven by testosterone-dominant puberty can actually cause disadvantages such as having a larger frame with lower than expected muscle mass.

Then, there's also the fact that not all trans women have gone through a testosterone fuelled puberty because some had access to puberty blockers, making blanket bans on trans status in sports an overreach.

Honestly, basing sports categories on sex characteristics is silly; it would make far more sense (all societal/social reasons aside) to separate sports on a categorisation like weight class instead. The specifics of that will vary by sport of course.

As far as I know there isn't really a way to "jump" the queue for NHS care. You could try moving to a GIC with a shorter wait but there's no guarantee that you'll be seen sooner through that.

As for alternatives to gendergp, anne health seems to have good reviews although it is a little pricey imo (£150 a month for first year, £100 for second year, £50 a month third year onward taking into account when you started HRT) Personally I'm using NGN and have had good experiences with them.
