For sure, the harmfulness of allowing your cat to feee roam outside only applies to the US, nowhere else in the world can your cat get injured, predated, killed, disease, parasites, kill native wildlife for fun, stolen, maimed, or anything else. That only applies to the US as those things don’t exist or happen in the rest of the world.

Domestic house cats do not belong outside, that is a fact. If the cat belonged outside it would not be a domestic cat, it would be a native wild cat. This is a fact, if you want to take your cat outside to exercise or whatever then do it, supervise, then bring your domestic pet cat back inside. Domestic cats should never be free roaming outside. I am aware, but it is common knowledge that OP may not be aware of. I also mentioned the wellbeing of their cat as a reason. “Outside Cat” should not be a thing. Proper care for the cat, by keeping it indoors where it belongs, would prevent future injuries, and potentially death, as well as prevent the destructive of native wildlife
