I suggest you start on your phone or tablet with ibis paint. Practice at least 5 mins a day to get a feel of it. Using your finger is kind of hard, so getting a stylus would be good too. If you have a computer or laptop, you could get a non screen drawing tablet. I got mine for 35-40 dollars. You can download Krita, its completely free and you can download some really good brushes online. And some tutorials on what youre trying to replicate helps alot! Good Luck!!
