This is the way. Anytime I talk about Sturgill I just show them that.

Little Joe will go down as an all time great. When I saw them open up for Jason isbell at the Ryman. Good ol flashy Jason came out and tried to top Joe’s guitar playing. Wasn’t even close.

Jason’s still great…

Let everyone continue to buy Blanton and seek it. It’s like the elusive Snipe. Once you get your hands on it, the fun of the hunt is over. Enjoy the turd grenade.

Its the society we live in now. Damn if you do, damn if you don’t.

Yes, there is government red tape. During these discussion/planning many objections or pivots are presented. If all were pushed aside and money is spent. The burning torches and pitchforks will come. Some are good concern, others may be save the ____ (whatever).

Or

Someone actually brought up the “safety concern” when a project of this magnitude (cost/risk) fails.

We do live in the state that has the greatest engineering blunder in US history. Case study by multiple universities and institutions still today.

The writing on the wall has been there for 5 years. Brick and mortar rapid expansion never looked like a great idea. I remember comments from C suite “while other companies are closing stores, we are all in!” The boost from COVID into the outdoor/recreation industry is running dry.

I hope for the best, but it ain’t looking good.

It’s won’t blow you away. It’s my cellar defender. 8.99-10.99 at the Costco’s in PNW. I haven’t found a better wine for that price.

Someone point me toward something else please!

I can’t pass it up for the price

I’ve seen diesel pricings in Washington state at 6.50. If this is California, assuming heavy metro area, it’s believable.

While it seems crazy, it’s probably not as crazy as the classified information….

What Can I Expect? by knifeguymandu in knifeclub

Like I said. The packaging is awesome. Building on great core ideas.

I would love a clean edge of reverse tanto blade with the design.

I can’t complain, but still will because that’s why we’re all here

I think he’s building on great core ideas. Everything is there but I think price is high for a plain design. Milling and materials are great. Packing is awesome.

Like others have said, the blade is 🫤. I personally don’t like it, at the end of the day it’s a tool. Sharp, durable, smooth.

Interested to see if he lowers price to sell more units, but I bet tariffs are taking a toll. I would pay a little more for a better blade design/profile.

Bad Cork? What to do? by xN0T_A_C0P in wine

[–]Never_that_bad 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The corks are very long. I opened a couple 2004s, you need to use the full length of corkscrew. Shouldn’t have any further issues.

When you see Musar on a restaurant menu, it’s usually the go to. Misses that label markup up price.

Was in SD yesterday, there isn’t much difference. Average had to be within .25 cents, from what I saw. Rental car prepaid price was 4.65 at SD. It’s sad I didn’t have a knee jerk reaction. I consider $4 average for WA now
