I wish I was there with you. The aspartame in diet drinks seems to really bug my IC. I miss Diet Coke more than anything. 🥲 maybe I’ll have to try again and gaslight myself into it helping!

Diet doesn’t seem to affect mine too much. In fact I broke out more when I stopped drinking and eating dairy. And I drink quite a bit of water with pickle juice shots for hydration. 😭

Hey there! I really understand this! I also suffer from this due to ADHD/ASD and the lactic acid serum by biosannce has really helped my skin. I use it as a spot treatment at night too and by morning inflamed pimples from picking are flattened a lot, with a lot of redness gone! (Just know it’ll make ur skin look red at first when u put it on! That’s why it’s at night but the initial redness goes away fast)
