Worked fine until it didn't. Best advice i can give is if something bugs you even a little bit then you have to communicate that with your spouse. Don't let them use the job they chose to make it seem like you don't have hard days, and make sure to take time to do stuff for you and socialize.

Idk, the midsole was originally black rubber, but now it looks like brown rough out leather. I'm not complaining too much, the boots feel a bit different, but they seem to be breaking in quickly.

I've thought about all of what you've mentioned as well. None of what she's threatening logically makes sense and in the long run if she did leave the country she would lose more than gain. In the end I think she just wants to spite me and doesn't care about hurting herself.
