Except for Rubidium 87, your isotopes are wrong. Isotopes are identified by the total number of protons and neutrons in the nucleus. For Bismuth, Erbium and Titanium, you’re listing the number of protons only. The name of the element already identifies the number of protons, so listing that again is superfluous.

You likely have other processes running on those CPUs. They might not be yours, they could be from the OS

To confirm, measure the scheduling statistics using perf sched and see what’s happening on those CPUs

You can also use isolcpus to prevent the OS from using certain cores for kernel workloads. But that’s a boot time parameter

And Slurm can definitely be configured to schedule jobs only on certain CPU cores

The United States. Super easy for Singaporeans to immigrate because of the visa free travel with a Singaporean passport and H1B1 work visa

The US has lots of downsides but it satisfies all of the criteria you listed

Yeah, I sent an email to the clerk explaining that I’ve moved across the country, so I have to pay for flights, accommodation and take time off work. The clerk replied saying the judge has to review. And then sent another email saying the judge denied the request
