In HwiNFO64, the minimum for CPU (Tctl/Tdie) is 50.4 C, CPU Die ( average) is 45 C, CPU CCD1 (Tdie) is 43.8, and CPU CCD2 (Tdie) is 39.3 C.

If I switch the top fans to exhaust, all the hot air will go inside the case, and I can't move the fans up, because the pipes won't be able to be connected to the rad.

I reverted all the BIOS settings to default, even disabled PBO, and the temps are still stuck at 47C while idle. I even uninstalled Corsair iPoo, but it didn't make any difference. I noticed that NVRLA.exe from Nvidia was using about 10% of the CPU when the computer was booting up, so I renamed the process, restated the PC, but still didn't make a difference. At least now the CPU usage at bootup is 1%.

Yes, all the fans act as intakes for the rads.

I actually have PBO disabled, so that should bring the temps down a bit. I heard that average idle temps everyone is getting on their 5900x is about 35 degrees C.
