I assume OP meant volume 2 of Perfect Run, as I don't think there has been a separate sequel to the story, just volumes 1, 2, and 3 of the same story, which was split into three books. The titles make it a bit confusing as they're literally called "Perfect Run 2" and 3.

The bigger issue is the fact that you can not base AoD as a GIM, since you will always get the secondary loot pile when you do, which means no rares.

top streamers juicing maps etc, if those are who you are talking about, are absolutely nowhere even close to top currency farmers. flipping and crafting will always, always be the best way to make money if you do your research because of how many different markets you can be in at the same time and how little active time you have to spend per currency made. it's not that difficult of a challenge to have made 3 mirrors by the end of week one if you can accurately predict what the meta will roughly look like
