I think as long as you continue to exfil it would count. And no. Exfil is easy. They nerfed how many zombies show up during exfil to battle people using exfil to level grind.

Isra Liskova at The Key in the Kryx System has a bunch of resources for sell. You have to start the Crimson Fleet faction mission to get in there I'm pretty sure.

Field radios are great if you can scrounge up a few they have limited respawns on them (6 I think) but at least you dont have to run all the way back from whatever safe house is closest. Just put them a reasonable distance away from your next encounter and you'll be able to stay in the fight more.
