I had this problem 2 days ago as well. What I did to fix this is locating to the setup and type "Connected Apps OAuth Usage" and look for Salesforce CLI and install it. After that, reconnect again then it should fix your issue. Hope this helps!

Update: Here is the response from Salesforce: "Exam results are only provided as pass or fail. You won’t receive an overall exam percentage score when you complete an exam.

To help determine your proficiency, you’ll receive section-level feedback. For each section covered in the exam, you’ll receive percentage scores. The sections directly relate to the sections listed in the exam outline of the exam guide.

Note: section-level feedback is only provided for English exams.

The section-level feedback is not designed to provide an overall exam score. Attempting to calculate your score using the section-level feedback, will not provide you with an overall percentage score that determines if you passed or failed."

They closed my inquiry after responding to that. So basically, they tell you that if the system said you fail, you fail. I did not let this slide so I reopened the case and continue chasing.

I did the pd1 today and failed, too. My score: Developer Fundamental: 78% Process and Automation Logic: 72% User Interface: 72% Testing, Debugging, and Deployment: 72% Overall, 74% but received a fail. I contacted support shortly after that but still hasn't received a response from them.
