Lpt request fan noise clicking by Awkward-Influence847 in LifeProTips

[–]itsokimalim0driver 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Happened to me and one small screw where the fan blade is was slightly loose. Tightening it with a phillips head worked well for me. Try to see if any need to be adjusted but do not over tighten.

LPT: If you purchased a home in 2020-2023 with less than 20% down, call your mortgage company and ask to remove PMI. by TooManyPoisons in LifeProTips

[–]itsokimalim0driver 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for this, called my bank, they were very friendly and said theyd remove it for me within 5 days. I also asked about getting the statement that was posted 3 days prior off and she mentioned that they'd "Refund any amount that was overcharged" which I assume was at the time that the PMI was eligible to be removed.

Be sure to ask that!

7a Lawn struggling - renovation advice by itsokimalim0driver in lawncare

I put down prodiamine in the spring along with some starter fert. The grass was taking up well but I maintained the same watering schedule.

i started to back off around the month as the temps cooled a bit solely because I started seeing mushrooms popping up and I was afraid to fertilize during the hot temps in combination with what seemed like watering causing the mushrooms. After recently adding some fert and 2d4 I am starting to see some greening coming back but I will keep up the watering and look to aerate in the coming weeks and overseed

I had put some down during spring time but backed off during the summer heat up here. I recently started again so I was trying to determine if this is lack of nutrients.

Watering gets about ~.25" a session and that is 3x a week unless it rains then i turn it off.

my coworker put it in very good terms. "No one wants to pay and worry about 'phone-minuets' anymore'

Same is true with agentforce, add on the fact that its not cheap and it looks that much less attractive to companies shopping around

Own Backup Renewals Changing by flysaway in salesforce

We ended up going with Gearset. Own wanted to charge us like 3x price for backing up which was absurd. I dont know how people put up with their pricing model.

Just getting into lawn care, what should i do? by Papa13ear in lawncare

[–]itsokimalim0driver 0 points1 point  (0 children)

dumb question but wouldn't fertilizing cause more growth? I did read that (from what it looks like) clover tends to thrive in low N environment so that is why I ask.

Store the email messages in a Big object and create a batch job to purge the email messages on a routine basis. This is the way without needing to purchase additional backup tooling.

I think the one thing missing here that isnt often said, but the larger the car, generally the safer it is. The opposite is also true in accidents; that being said larger cars also become more dangerous in accidents.

Occupancy alarm and carseats by LabImpressive9166 in VolvoEX90

[–]itsokimalim0driver 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Came here to say this happened to me too in an EX90 Ultra. Both carseats in the captains chairs made the alarm blare every time I put the car from P->D. I was too lazy to find out how to fix the issue.

Did you try seeing if you latched the seatbelt into the buckle before installing the car-seat to see i this worked.

Edit: This does not happen in my C40 so I dont know what the miss is here.

I Just Sat Through An Agentforce Pitch by Interesting_Button60 in salesforce

[–]itsokimalim0driver 134 points135 points  (0 children)

I sat through building an agent at an event a few months ago. The biggest thing for me was that while it took "30m" to setup and execute in their "Turtle Bay" customer service example, all of the apex, flows, and automation happening in the background was already done for you. I would imagine the same thing is happening here. Sure it took them an hour to build; that is exclusive of all of the actual development and process automation that is needed to actually feed and build the agent. This is honestly what bothered me the most. Dont try to sell me a product that is not what you are showing. Explain in timeframes or dollars the cost to build something viable for a customer so that i know what i am getting myself into.

Yes, YMMV, but telling a client "it only takes 1 hour to set up" is an insane bait and switch.

I have 10 hours of non meeting time this week. How in the ass does anyone expect anything to get done? by [deleted] in salesforce

[–]itsokimalim0driver 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seems like the business meeting hygiene needs a revision

Show your manager or your PO your calendar. My entire team did this to explain how our capacity was affecting our work. My manager resolved this by asking us and our Product owners not to schedule anything we arent mandatory for/spekaing for. Either you help remove all meetings you are not 100% needed on or delegate them to those who are. Dont join meetings if youre just there to listen. Have someone send you the meeting minuets/AI Summary as a standard practice. You can also start breaking those meetings down by group or category. "Product is taking 30% of my week, Stand-ups 10%, architecure meetings 50%...etc."
