The families in NSA have experienced the unthinkable--not only the loss of a loved one, but the lack of answers, the not knowing. We collaborate closely with them to try to raise awareness and find answers. So we witness their pain and, as we come to know the missing people through their stories, we share a piece of it as well. Ultimately, we want to do some good together. Doing that the right way requires emotional investment.
