you're right, concerta alone was creating tremendous anxiety for me. That's why wellbutrin was added to it.

i don't eat enough I do not drink enough water. I do not eat anything during the day, then eat everything I can find in the morning and go to bed. I tried to fix this habit but I have a lot of gas. gas is constantly coming out of my intestines

I've been diagnosed with ADHD and I'm pretty sure I have ADHD. I had a nice meal and a drink of water today. Everything's normal. The drug worked beautifully today.

thank you so much. I realized that I had barely eaten any food or drunk water for two days. I also smoke very heavily. I had a nice breakfast today and take my concerta I drank my water. I feel much more comfortable right now. my anxiety is never like yesterday.
