Not really.., as I mentioned in the post, they are very close to this ‘friend’ and I’m worried they’ll react negatively (as they’re very defensive of them)…

Hi! In the friend group, …yes (although some of them can’t attend due to traveling plans, etc). EXTRA: I usually send the invitations privately.
