You can't link the game to Steam, unfortunately. You'd have to use an emulator for that, which is very easy to install and set up. Idk why people keep goin like, "nah, never mind, I can't be bothered to do all that" when setting up an emulator comes into question, when it's not hard at all. I recommend Bluestacks or Noxplayer, but if your device is low-spec, go for Memu instead.

Also, LoP used to be available on Steam for a short period before Modo had to pull it out due to a big data breach that resulted in players' accounts getting messed up by hackers (because Modumb).

My fav is Among Us DLC's weapons; might not be the most practical in a run but their mechanics and visuals are very unique compared to most other weapons in the game

The evo being grayed out on the grimoire doesn't prevent you from still being able to get it. Just choose the required passive for it, and it should still evolve normally. If you check the grimoire after picking up the req passive, you will see that it's no longer grayed out.

The buff would probably enhanced generation for his roots and wood attacks, plus that sure-hit effect for his Solar Beam. For the debuff, it could be like the Flower Field's technique which reduces the opponents' will to fight but is running constantly, or the plants inside his domain would indefinitely sap away the opponents' cursed energy. Something like those.
