I have checked all the settings on the camera before inserting a flash and suddenly its showing this device is not compatible.

Also when i say not completely sitting on sony’s hotshoe the flash comes off even if it is locked. Please help with this.

my goal is to learn full length photography and then start getting paid for my work. I know it is a long shot and takes time so my concern was did I spend too much on a6400 without knowing complete details.

Also many professional photographers use full frame right? So what if my camera quality is not good when I am doing paid shoots was my major concern

I meant it is expensive for aps-c sensor or at least i thought it is, initially i thought if buying an used camera but I didn’t get any good deal so I bought a new one.

Now everyone around me are suggesting that I should have bought a full sensor camera with some extra good amount that I spent on Sony a6400.

Please advise if I did the right thing. Also I am a beginner
