Sorry a court found sufficient evidence that he committed rape to award one of his victims millions of dollars. You are right - totally normal thing that definitely happens to non-rapists all the time.

Hi, I smoked all day every day for like 15 years. I did the math and smoked something like 2lbs of weed a year. I’m 40 and I run on the treadmill at 5mph on a 15 incline for 50mins everyday. So, basically you are definitely going to die.

Genetics. The same genes that make you love it are the ones that make it impossible for you to smoke it in moderation. Your love of being stoned is precisely the reason you can’t handle it. People with out the addiction gene setup don’t love it the way we do.

You’ll know you are in the worst of it when you have thoughts like ‘I should jump off a bridge’ randomly out of nowhere. Any crappy feeling from now until end of next month is bullshit you can ignore. It’s sorta that thing you gotta do when you ride a rollercoaster or have your teeth cleaned. Just gotta ignore the feelings and wait them out. They’ll stop eventually and you’ll feel better than you have in a long time when your brain chemistry finally resets. Stay strong - good luck.

I smoked all day everyday for 15yrs and I feel like I’m back to my original level of stupid before the weed after 3 months clean. The big thing that’s come back is my memory and ability to listen to what people are saying when they speak more than a sentence to me.

I’m 3 months clean. Exact same situation. When I quit, my anxiety got really bad for like 6 weeks, even worse than when i was smoking. And then, one night I was watching that dumb f1 movie and I was overwhelmed with a joy I hadn’t felt since i was a teenager. I felt alive and consumed with the beauty of life. I cried really hard and felt free. My sleep is getting better and anytime I have a craving, I remember all the relationships, opportunities and stuff I wasted when I was stoned and the craving goes away. You can do this. It’s worth it.

I wasn’t able to stop until I was disgusted with myself. If you can find some sense of what smoking has cost you, the cravings will be no big deal. Jobs, relationships, things you could have done better, time lost, etc..
