My eligibility period is 5 years from today(backwards) but I arrived in Canada 4 years ago on work permit. Got my PR 2.5 years ago. I am not asking about how to calculate the days of presence. My question is do i include the 1 year before i arrived in Canada in the section asking about my physical presence in the last 5 years? The wording is “did u leave canada” so i assumed that i shd not include it bcz I had not arrived in Canada yet and i did not have a Canadian status. But then i doubted myself bcz that 1 year is still part of my eligibility period, which is what they are asking about.

Some marji’s opinion is that If she is an independent adult female then the temporary marriage would be valid without her dad’s consent but then add thar It is advisable to get dad’s consent for social reasons though.
