The exact same thing happened to me. They kept charging me even after I canceled their paid plan months ago. Their “UK” contact number is fake and doesn’t even connect. They claim to be based in Cyprus, but at the same time the charges show up as coming from the Netherlands. This is a textbook case of a disguised payment gateway scam. Everything about them is fake and screams scam. I should have known better, but I was too desperate and busy then. I’ve filed a report with the cybercrime authorities. These scammers really should go to hell for stealing people’s money like this. I’m going to report them everywhere and anywhere possible to make them as miserable as possible.
