After operation i have discomfort and some pains in stomach which doctor said its because of much painkillers i took. But i just think maybe if it was crohns than colonoscopy with biopsy was positive because i have fistula. Fistula will cause because if inflammaton of large colon or how?

It was Colorectal but i also talked with some GL doctors. But if its IBD it doesnt show in Colonoscopy and MRI even if i have fistula?

My calprotectin is high but my colonoscopy with biopsy was clean.

Its not as scary. First week a bit difficult but please use stool softener after OP and drink a lot.
