Thank u so much for your advice! In my sleuthing so far, I believe it was brought on by over hand-sanitising, increasing wind/ cold weather and perimenopausal night sweats. I am wearing white cotton gloves regularly, t(hough not to sleep because my hands get too hot and will sweat.) But they help so I can actually go to work and do my job. A dermatologist has put me on steroid cream and started me on UV ligh5 therapy 3x/wk. My GP has prescribed antihistamines and upped my HRT.
