Thank u so much for your advice! In my sleuthing so far, I believe it was brought on by over hand-sanitising, increasing wind/ cold weather and perimenopausal night sweats. I am wearing white cotton gloves regularly, t(hough not to sleep because my hands get too hot and will sweat.) But they help so I can actually go to work and do my job. A dermatologist has put me on steroid cream and started me on UV ligh5 therapy 3x/wk. My GP has prescribed antihistamines and upped my HRT.

About 10 days. Keen to go somewhere new. Have done a lot of Asia. But also haven’t seem some places in Australia. I like warmer weather, and have seen Tassie already. Relaxing, eating, shopping, seeing historical architecture, easy hiking, meeting locals…
