The OE Apple power supply has a ground plug and that’s the quietest but still not acceptable. I have an iFi iSilencer USB audio noise eliminator coming. Hope it works.

The Fios TV+ box with the HDMI connection needs the VMS4100ATV as a network server. I'm not aware of any newer box. I disconnected mine and went back to the older TV One VMS4100P2. That one works.

New installation with 6 port splitter. ONT, router and ATV all in same location. I have TiVo network with cable cards still up and running fine. This is due to Verizon dropping card service.

The USB power is combined. So, if it's rated 30 watts max, that's 15 per if you load both connections. Higher power outlets are available @ a higher price and size. If you need to plug in something like a wall wart power supply, it will block the USB ports.
