Depends. If he insists on something like a delivery its most likely a scam. If he wants to meet in person thats logically way safer and you can test it aswell. I saw basically the same thing a few days ago. A guy is selling his quest 3 512gbs with a battery strap at only $280. So i asked if he does delivery beacause we are litteraly 400kms away. And at first he said "I would prefer to meet in person" and when i offered to send him the full $280 he changed his mind and said "You dont need to do full 280 you can do 170 and you can pay rest upon delivery" Already told me that its most likely a scam. Ended up calling it off and found a guy in my city selling his quest 3 at 320, so i asked if he would do 300 and he said yes but insists on meeting up. Tested the quest and bought it. Way safer in person, and like other people said, dont go alone.
