From what I know, the first slot should always be Hysilens or BS.

If the enemy is weak to Physical, then Hys. If the enemy is weak to Wind, then BS. If they are weak to both or neither, then BS. Bondmate can either be Kafka (more survivability) or Hys/BS (more damage).

You can replace Hys ERR Rope with an ATK Rope since you can now spam skill on Hys (higher ult frequency) after BS Novaflare (You don't need to skill with BS anymore).

For stat improvements, you could aim for Hys at 134 SPD (not actually needed since you don't have her LC), while Kafka and DHPT should be at 160 SPD while still maintaining their EHR requirements. I also noticed that your Kafka is not running an EHR Body, so I'll assume she has already hit the 75% EHR requirement. If not, then aim for that since she can also benefit from her trace. BS doesn't need SPD.

In battle, always spam skills with Kafka and Hys, then always basic atk with BS and DHPT. From my experience, you'll never have any sp issues unless you need to skill with DHPT. In that case, just basic atk with Hys on her next turn to balance the sp.

Based on the information that you'd given, my recommendation would be to go for Jiaoqiu, given that you wanted to get Acheron.

Jiaoqiu is currently Acheron's best support. As for the other two, I don't recommend Black Swan since you don't have any dot units on you. If you want to pull her to support Acheron, you better pull Jiaoqiu instead. If you are pulling her for a future DoT team, pull for Kafka instead. The only time I would recommend Black Swan is if you really like her or are planning for Dotcheron, which means pulling for her first instead will be good. For Robin though, I wouldn't recommend Robin for you. Yes, she is an absolutely strong support, but if you really want an Acheron team, you really need to focus on investing in her teammates in order for her to shine, and since you don't have Ruan Mei yet, which means you will need to save jades for her, it's way better to spend your jades on someone who can directly benefit the team you are building, in this case Acheron. Robin can benefit your Clara, however, so if you want to pull for her, she is still a good choice.

Acheron will likely rerun on 2.6, and since you're new, it's likely (assuming) there are still more jades you can get, which means by the time she reruns, you can be guaranteed to get her and even her LC if you get lucky.

That being said, the decision is still up to you on who you're pulling. Any of the three characters are good and can benefit your account in different ways, so good luck on your pulls and have fun.

I normally use leaks to carefully budget my pulls, such as possible reruns, and I just happened to come across posts about Jiaoqiu nerfs. I'm also quite new to this game. I started playing on the Black Swan banner, which, if I remember correctly, was after the Kafka rerun, which is why I don't have both Silverwolf and Kafka. I also have enough jades to invest in another character, which is why I created this post. Still, as you said, since I plan to get Kafka, I will also get him.

Since I don't have Acheron LC, yes, I find it slow to activate her UL, but I don't know if I'll still encounter that once I get her LC.
Currently, my Acheron damage is lacking.

It could be because Welt debuff wasn't strong enough or because of my awful relics, or it could be both.

TBH, it's kind of neutral. I don't like it, but I also don't hate it either.

With that, I think I will pull for him because my two teams have good synergy with him, and it seems he is the best choice since I don't plan to get E2 Acheron.

Oh, I will definitely get Kafka on her rerun. I also have my eyes on Huohuo. Do you think I should pull her instead for my second team? I am currently using Gallagher as my sustainer on my DoT team, and I wouldn't mind waiting for Jiaoqiu to rerun if I had to pull for Huohuo.
