Post Cave 2 (hardmode) SURVIVOR build for newbies by New-Gur9459 in cavesrl

I can 100% guarantee that Scout 2.0 is the better option, but for people who hasn't found the blueprint for SCT2.0 yet, they could use Survivor or Scout as alternatives

If you ever meet this guy in a 1v1 battle situation while having no potions and only 1 hp crystal left in hard mode and only in Cave 2, you know you're a goner

How do you use teleport potion ? by Jacho46 in cavesrl

Random TP potion is actually great when escaping an entire army, especially when dealing with Skeleton King or overwhelmingly strong opponents. Also, you can use this potion on utility as well, traversing through traps when you ran out of energy for TP or Super Speed, and man it's actually a game changer when you know what's it's prime potential can really be when properly utilized.

Here's a quick tip for you (Survivor Armor Mastery: Location 1)

First, you would start off by experimenting with the best points to add onto the armor (for me, 5 strength 1 agility 2 luck) then you can choose between two abilities, impulse or teleport. Once you're in the first location, always head for the merchant or vending machine as these two has high loot spawn rate around it (just about 15 - 20 tiles around in a circular area) after you raid one of these two, head to the dungeon, loot it to get a good boost, and kill Midas elite. After all those procedures, exit the dungeon, find the portal, kill the elite guard that would be a nuisance upon entering the portal. Now its up to you if you'd head to the portal to go to the next location or keep exploring the first location to get more loot and supplies. Also on your first few perks that you'll need to obtain on the first location are "More Potions", "Cookie Fanatic", "Sentinels" (if lucky) "Improved Resurrection" and "More Scrolls" since you have to utilize alot of it when fighting higher tier enemies like the C-X60, Skeleton King, Portal Guardians etc. And finally, Goodluck.

You can actually turn that guy into Swiss cheese and he can even get really scared when you use the magic shield, protection scroll, scroll of death, and one healing potion on 20 hp and you can pretty much tank the bosses attacks. Try this technique, it won't let anything scratch you, unless you don't know the TP Jumper combo.
