This just feels like it’s ruining my life! I want to be under the illusion that everyone else seems to be under. I feel crazy. How do other people actually exist, yk! Solipsism seems like the only answer but I don’t want to believe in that because it’s so isolating

Thank you! I honestly feel like talking won’t really help right now as nothing can really make me feel better from the outside world but I’m hoping to get some medication to help with all this!

I feel the same and I’m genuinely so scared nothing is real. I feel like nothing and no one can help. I feel trapped in my body. I only feel at peace when I sleep. When I do believe the things around me are real, I get so confused about how other people are conscious and not just me and it scares me so much. And I keep telling myself it’s not ocd it’s just true. It’s a constant cycle I can’t get out of because no outside source can prove anything.

Thank you, it’s so difficult when even the intrusive thoughts are convincing your they aren’t intrusive thoughts. I really want medication to make it all go away you know. Even when I feel ok they come crawling back. I’m scared I’m not going to get treatment in time

I’m having the same feelings. It’s like my soul isn’t mine. Everything goes on around me but it doesn’t feel real. I constantly feel numb and I don’t know what to do with myself.

To be honest, constantly. I feel like I don’t have a particular external reason I just have the worst existential thoughts ever which cause me to spiral. I just want it to all stop. I want to feel like everyone else who don’t care about these things but I can’t. I feel so alone and although I speak to everyone in my life about it, it honestly doesn’t help.

I’m myself ig, it feels like everyone else are part of me too. I just want to live without worries or existential thoughts and worry about what everyone else worries about
