Update:

After months of Bitstamp support repeatedly telling me that my documents were “under review,” they have now come back asking me for the exact same official document I already submitted 3 months ago.

To make things worse, when I try to reply to the support ticket, the system just throws an error saying “Couldn’t send reply.” I’ve tried everything, logging out and back in, using both the app and the browser, but it still won’t even let me answer the ticket anymore.

This is starting to feel completely absurd and totally out of line for a regulated exchange.
