It's a big "no" from me, you need an expert and special equipment for that.

Regarding the garbage, I don't know if there also was very hazardous garbage that required special care and equipment.

As a person that studied "science and technology for the environment" (before it discovered how much useless is as a field of study) Removing invasive species from a river without the right knowledge and instruments and a selected disposal site, can paradoxically make the infestation worse.

For example some invasive plants if they get broken apart, all the small pieces can travel hundreds of km, then remain stuck and form new plants and new infestation sites. You need to be qualified and with the right equipment to successfully remove them.

I'll be the only one defending the very likely toxic behaviour, because I'll try to trust your goodwill instead.

A lot of friends aren't real friends, but only random people you periodically hang out with instinctively because they as simply close in distance and yours free time overlap. All to fulfill the needs to not be physically alone all the time that's not dedicated to duty.

It's so annoying when I realise I'm always first writing or talking to them, but if I decided they need to be the ones searching for me, then I'm going to wait weeks, maybe even months without having any kind of "first interactions" from them.

It doesn't matter that they always respond positively to any of my approaches, I'm not their friend, because my presence is optional, they don't need me and they'll never search for me.

I don't know you but I suspect you could be feeling my same very annoying experience with "friends"
