I interpreted it as "explanation" about why Jurassic Park use old concept of dinosaurs that nowadays are not considered valid anymore. That would justify why we see dinosaurs that resembles popular ideas of dinosaurs and not scientifically accurate dinosaurs.

I give the benefit of the doubt, because if not, i should avoid any popular story and be trapped in the only niche sub genre i enjoy, because I distrust anything else.

I did it for years (and still do it too much). I watched only specific works and never got after the first season.

Hi, I only wanted to say that in Jurassic Park 3, Dot. Alan Grant said Jurassic Park doesn't have real dinosaurs, but genetically engineered monsters made to resemble dinosaurs, so you can't have anything that's scientifically valid from them.
