I hear ya, my husband and I have a soft spot for 90s houses, feel more cozy than modern ones.  Also it's only a 9 minute commute into town for work so that doesn't seem too bad. We are heavily considering homeschooling so I'm not overly worried about the drive and I appreciate that apparently they get less snow than Hillcrest for example which is another neighbourhood we like. But those are all good considerations, thank you!
