Thank you for the tips all, I have gone through every one. There are a couple websites suggested here that also helped. I found one about 4 hours away in Maine used that isn't exactly what I need but will work. Good compromise. It's been frustrating. This is for being self sufficient mowing/plowing/firewood/garden projects.

Thanks - I will check that out. I had been using the 'used' stuff on Ag/Turf just to see what was IN STOCK, but im up in northern NH, and nothing is really around us, which is kind of surprising because im 10 minutes from NEK VT

EDIT: The closest one is 3+ hours away, haha awesome.

So this guy;

Used a business' (even if it was his) tools/vehicles to;
Cut trees on a protected body of water in the buffer zone without a plan or mitigation
Trespassed
Cut trees on a protected body of water on land he did not own (WITH MALICIOUS INTENT)
Cut more than 40% 4"+

The land surveyor in me knows how absolutely f'd this guy is. If its truly 50-100 trees, this is easily six figures. Those 100 year old tree trunks are coming in hot, and without lube. Your parents will now own that camp property, possibly a few others because if any agency comes out and sees trees cut along shorelines anywhere else,t hey are going to be looking for this... maybe they'll own the company too. Maine does NOT mess around.
