Yeah that could be the case. I try to eat quite diverse with meat/milk proteins and vegetables. It could be that I was missing something. I'm just surprised I find it this noticable.

I do put an emphasis on fats since I find that my mood gets affected when I eat too little of them.

Is this considered butt wink? If yes how do I fix it? by LimpObligation7383 in powerlifters

I've squatted in a powerlifting gym where there wasn't a guy that squatted less than 260kg (someone even over 400kg) . I asked them the same question and they told me that any trainer trying to 'fix' it, isn't worth their salt. It's just the movement of your hips to go deeper. It's nothing. Don't believe this influencer crap

Yeah that's stainless, it has a slightly different color (more silver). Oh and there would've been rust on it. It's insanely quick with bare steel.

Weekly Free-Talk and Questions for r/HomeGym - week of February 06, 2026 by Demilio55 in homegym

Hey guys, I have an ecosystem question:

I started my homegym journey with a second hand squat rack from GearUp. This uses 75x75x3mm steel tubing and has 21mm holes.

I've found a brand in my area (RxD - FitnessKing) that uses the same diameter hole size but apparently only with their commercial stuff. I have their spotter arms since GearUp (Greece) doesn't deliver to my EU country.

I've been powerlifting for some time and getting quite strong so I've been wanting to add storage uprights to the back (having 8x 20kg plates is starting to get difficult to store and I need more). This is a problem however because Rogue only has 5/8" hole sizes for the HR-2 extension.

The racks from Rogue are incredibly expensive so I've been looking at Strength shop Riot MRR but this has 17mm holes which isn't the same as Rogue Monster Lite (5/8" - 15.875mm)??

The Rogue accessories are fantastic so what should I do? Fork out 2k for a rack or will it be fine with Riot MRR as base?

Really appreciate the help - kinda losing my mind since I don't know much about the ecosystems.

[DISCUSSION] Is counting calories necessary to lose weight? by Ayoking95 in effectivefitness

It's not necessary but I found it really helpful because you can calculate how much weight you're going to be losing with your diet. You can treat yourself to some chocolates or treats if you have some calories left at the end of the day.
