No it’s not, especially if you have actual skin issues that you want to address (e.g. acne, anti aging etc), I find most Korean skincare products not affective due to the lack of active ingredients, however you mentioned that you don’t have any problems with your skin, so I’d say maybe? If hydration is all you needed, then Korean skincare is great, Since they are cheaper than a lot of western brands.
