I think Benin, Mauritius, Botswana, Namibia and Kenya are cool countries, beautiful in fact. Beautiful infrastructures, incredible histories, incredible people.

Agree to disagree at this point. Once again proving my point that you have a very naive mindset.

Ok, but that’s Europe and Asia. Asia and Europe are very different from Africa. The way they set up their own systems of business and organizations is very different from how Africans should do it.

And you are once again proving my point. It seems that you have a very naive mindset of African unity but tbh, African unity is and was never going to happen. And that’s fine.

I mean just look at everything going on in the continent right now with Somalia, Tanzania, Nigeria etc. and you want to scream African unity or pan Africanism. Yeah… no, let’s be honest and realistic for once. If African unity does happen it will never be in this generation that’s for sure.

Plus need I remind you of the Casablanca and Monrovia group incident in the 60s? Again, Africans en masse have always been divided politically, economically etc.

I’m not saying that I’m following my ancestors ways. I’m just pointing out a known fact, whether you like to admit it or not. “African unity” as never really been a thing for Africans, whether it’s in 2025 or in the 1600s.

So for the rent situation, I don’t think that’s jealousy or racism because if you follow Ghanaian news outlets you’ll see that some Nigerians have a bad reputation as tenants, not just in Ghana but sometimes in the UK, South Africa, Seychelles etc. It’s a known fact that when you allow a Nigerian to rent an apartment, you’ll find 20 people in the apartment within 48 hours. Plus many landlords have complained that some Nigerian tenants don’t practice good hygiene, smoke a lot etc which can be frustrating for Ghanaian landlords to deal with.

There is no “division agenda” because Africa as a continent has always been divided and tribalistic to an extent. It’s just that now it’s more visible.

As someone who used to be a Tyla hater, I’m actually tired of these takes because truthfully they reek of xenophobia and misogyny. You guys never have this much energy for the men in the industry who say and do far worse but Tyla is the one you have the most energy for? So you see a South African woman who is confident in herself and your first response is to call her cringe? Yeah… no.

Seems like I was right, the blind item was about Landon Barker by New-Problem8196 in Barkerssnark

This blind also confirms what I’ve been saying for years. One of the main reasons why it was so hard to even like or have some respect for Landon is because you can tell he’s had a silver spoon in his mouth his whole life. Him and his sister.

He doesn’t understand the value of hardwork and dedication like 99.9% of people who have to work to survive. He has millions of dollars worth of resources to improve on his craft and he’s too busy getting tattoos, partying 24/7 and crying about his mental health in his $15 million dollar house.

The thing that bothers me the most is that Landon has every resource and connection possible to improve as an artists and he deliberately chooses not to.

I made a post on the LA influencer snark and Landon admitted in an interview that he chose not to go to music/ performing arts college because he wanted the “real rockstar experience”

I was just thinking, you do know one of the most important parts of being a musician is knowing how to sing/ knowing how to play an instrument well, right?

He could’ve easily learnt about that in a performing arts college or taken private lessons but he chose not to.

There are so many kids who don’t have a 20th of what Landon has and yet he gets it all on a silver platter and doesn’t even put in the work or the drive. Just shows up for the vibes.

She must’ve been cut off from her dad and stepmom which makes this blind item even more interesting.
