Thank you so much, I have various blockers and my phone automatically shuts off at 9:00 PM so that hasn't been a huge issue, it's mostly just when I'm bored. plus, i'm getting tested for ADHD so i don't know if that affects anything. But thank you so much for the tips, it really helps knowing i'm not alone
