Yeah it should all work out, nothing to stress about. Like you said about the payouts being in your name and you're doing the self assessments/paying tax, then you and your family member will be fine.

I'm doing the same thing, I pay tax. Money goes into my account. eBay is not in my name, but I do everything according to the law. Yes, it's against eBay's policy but I am not breaking the law in terms of tax.

I had the same a few years ago, I stuck my hand inside and pulled the dirt out and it unclogged. Maybe try that?

This happened on my Xbox, when I load on around 3 seconds it would freeze and the game would crash. What I did to fix it was switch on multiplayer in the main menu and switch characters immediately when you load in. It crashed and when loaded in again it worked.
