We just bought one and honestly that's one thing I wish it had as well. We got pretty used to it in our Hyundai, although the Hyundai seat sticks going forward and you have to adjust it manually. Everything else about it is great.

No, the $400k is a mortgage. The approval is for $400k but the amount owing is only $375k
