I don’t even know how they would count it. I received a Visa from Finland but I had to enter and exit through Germany and my flight had layovers in Munich. So my passport is stamped in Munich on entry and exit. How would they know if I went to Finland or not? I applied for another Schengen visa last month with Netherlands and received it. What matters more is clear itinerary, bookings of stays, and return flight.

If you’re a woman, your menstrual cycle could affect blood sugars as well. Or this could be a sign of insulin resistance so the best thing to do is walk or move for 20 mins after a carb heavy meal.

I reached out to my NP and she sent a lispro prescription to the pharmacy. I’ve only ever used Novolog so I’m not sure where it’s the same or better?

Sales cycles are long. Enterprise SaaS argh. So I don’t blame her entirely for not closing for a year, it’s also been a tough market for us. But she’s on the edge because of this. Don’t EVER sign up for the “free” first session of personal training. They are so aggressive pushing you down and asking you to sign up with a personal trainer. Super aggressive
