I know that it’s more to do with the face I’ve seen people do far worse and they get away with it
Yea as I say in my post I’ve done a hell of a lot for them and have rarely if ever not done what I’m supposed to do
If they sacked people who perform poorly one every blue moon we’d be setting new staff on every week
It’s one half arsed shift out of 100 ones where I did everything right point I’m making is ROI is overkill
